a little more info would help. are there any kubota machines you are aware of that it may have came off of? did you just find it somewhere and have no idea what it belongs to? any part numbers underneath or on any of the base parts?
super quick search found this similar looking kubota seat/base.
electrical connectors could be for safety switch (dead man) that completes a circuit only when operator is seated. or possibly electric seat heater, a wire grid sewn in a large pad may visible if equipped.
an air bladder would indicate air ride option. this will likely also have an electrical connector to a switch probably marked with up/down or have arrows on it or a paddle. this switch would communicate with a 12vdc compressor, not sure if kubotas are in the seat frame or in the machine somewhere. there should also be some small airline tubing visible around it.
hope that helps. if you let us know more about it and what you intend to do with it, some more knowledgeable kubota folks may be able to further assist you.
good luck!
