Bucket operated fine. Loader arms would work fine then instantly be very slow. Dealer replaced loader valve body but no change. I finally noticed a very slight change in sound when rear hydraulics were raised above 8. That also made the loader work fine @ 8 and below. Above that hydraulics make the extra sound and loader arms work very slow up and down. Loader and rear hydraulics work fine with rears at 8 or below. Don't know why as yet but this makes loader arms work normal.

Sounds like the 3 point feedback linkage is out of adjustment causing it to reach top of travel at about 8. Moving the 3 point control past 8 causes the 3 point to try to raise further when it’s already at the top of its range of travel. That creates a dead head in the hydraulic system which activates the relief valve for the hydraulic system.

What you’re hearing when the 3 point control is above 8 is likely the relief valve. If that’s the problem, below 8 all hydraulics should work normally. Above 8 everything will be slow and weak.

Either follow the procedure in the work shop manual to adjust the 3 point feedback linkage or have the dealer do it since it’s new.

The feedback linkage on your 3 pt hitch needs adjustment. It's allowing the lift to hit the stop, then the pump deadheads and the relief valve opens, that's the sound you hear. The excess pressure is back pressure to the loader, preventing it from functioning correctly.

The adjustment is pretty easy. It's a shame so many dealers let this get by. If you want to do it yourself, just ask and someone can lead you through it. Does your machine have draft control? That may change the procedure.

As well as an even larger number who DIDN'T comment. It doesn't take a "factory trained Kubota technician" to spot that problem even from a distance.

I agree you're working with the wrong dealership.

Agree with all above… except that the dealership will Learn from this only if you take it Back to them and they learn from their mistake.
