Anyone know what size the copper washers on the banjo fittings for the oil pipe at the pump and the transmission figured I’d have them on hand before I try and fit the new line

Ummm wait a min, are you trying to install the pipe that's in the above picture?

That's a pipe for an HST model, I don't think it's the same length as the gear drive?

It does take the same copper washers.

when I bought it I did specify a gear tractor and it appears to be the correct one it appears the right length and if I lay it up along side it appears to be the same. I won’t know exactly until I get the original off but either way I want the washers first. Worst case scenario I’d have to go with compression fittings.

Me too I’m trying to graft a 2030 front blade on it. And I’d rather tap the hydraulics there than under the seat

On another note I was wondering what this orange bolt head is? It wasn’t very tight and it appears to be some type of pin I looked in the WSM and didn’t see it, I was looking for a spot to use as a secondary return port for the underseat port IMG_1125.jpeg

Is that street elbow near the top of your picture a plumbing fitting?
If it is it isn't something to use for hydraulic pressures that are at least 10 times its rating.

It’s stopping a drip at the moment until the correct one gets here.

Excellent to hear and store away for future knowledge.

Now send @torch or maybe @TheOldHokie a message about getting the adapter block for add on hydraulics.
which is exactly why I told you 😂 just need slightly longer bell housing bolts now. But to be honest I did tell the guy who I got it from it was for a gear tractor not an hst and he said it was off a gear tractor. Now need to figure out the hydraulics next. The plow is still at the media blasters

The adapterrblock will givee you Power out and Powerr beyond, you will need to add a tank / return line.
On that model most put it to a tee added to the fill port.

Here is a link to information on the adapter block that NIW mentioned. It shows how to tap into the tractor hydraulics if the block is present.
