On that model having a loader on it doesn't effect replacing the axle seal.
In fact that's one of the simplest models to change the seals on.

Pop the seal out of the case, remove the snap ring 30 pull axle and bearing, remove snap ring 40, pull bearing off axle, pull off seal, revers operation and your done.

Thank you for confirming the The repair shop had warned could be dismantling the complete rear end. I already fixed the front axle I broke. Trying to get away from more oil on the ground than in the tractor. With age comes maintenance....

To pull the read axles, seals, and bearings, one must remove the rollover protection due to it covers part of the seals. To get the the ROP removed, the rear fenders must be removed first. The heavy duty cir-clips need a good heavy duty removal tool, uses 2 different sizes of pin bit for proper fit. Purchased a heavy duty kit about $250, money well spent, instead of destroying small light duty tools.
All small and easy to do jobs.
Overall, lots of small easy to do tasks. The seal was leaking do to the bearings had started to fail.
Tip for pressing on seal-sleeves and the bearings... take the old bearing and cut it with a cutting wheel, making it a circle with a single cut that a screwdriver can spread. Perfect size...

The bearings are not pressed in they are tolerance fit.
If the bearings do not install easily, DO NOT force them.
