I picked up the loader mount and a blank plate for a fire extinguisher. It's a well made piece. Pics are in the https://www.orangetractortalks.com/...-your-kubota-today.6326/page-1266#post-848615 I posted them about a week ago.
Looks pretty nice, not free, but looks really well designed and clean cut. Some of their other items look well thought out too…thanks for posting link.
For me, mounting on the rops would make it less accessible. I'm typically off the tractor when I need tools so for me something lower would be better.
Metal ammo cans make nice tool and chain storage. Walmart has some decent metal cans for cheap but I recently found Academy Sports carries some heavier ones for around $30. I usually mount them by drilling into where I want them and installing 5/16" rivet nuts and spacing the box out with 3/4" plywood. I drill a couple of offset holes in the sides of the box and bolt them on with fender washers under the bolt heads.

I will add that I originally used a “Chi-Com” ammo can for my tool box.
In short order, the bouncing from the machine, along with improperly sized and placed bolts, the bottom ripped apart.
Luckily I saw it and removed it before it could fall off and scratch/dent the tractor.
I would/will add a “bottom backing plate” if/when I replace the can. (or possibly find a better/thicker one
)

It's difficult for me to find a suitable place to bolt a box on the tractor. My approach is a $10 HF tool bag. It has various small tools, pins, etc for quickie fixes. On the Kubota the bag and a roll of paper towels sit between the seat and the rear wall of the cab. I don't carry anything on the Ford.
The farthest I go when leaving the property is about two miles. If anything serious is needed it isn't a long trip back to the garage for what is needed.

The pricing doesn't sound too bad at first. But then it's another $100 for the standard loader mounting bracket.
