I am replacing the injector copper crush washers, (17011-53620), in a L275 D1302-a engine. I am reinstalling the original injectors after they have been cleaned. What I need to know is what the correct size reamer I should use.

Why do you want to ream anything? What do you want to ream?

The copper washers will seal well. I replaced the injectors and crush washers on my similar L185 and did nothing to the engine block except clean it a little.

The front and middle cylinder injectors started to leak buy. I replaced the copper compression washers and replaced the injectors. This decreased the blow buy but did not stop it and it increased in a few hours. Now I want to completely clean up the seat on the head where they go. I have 11 different size reamers but to me none seem to be the correct size. They do not reach to the outside diameter of the washer. The compression is 410psi 410psi 460psi.

You are describing spot facing not reaming. For hand held operation you would typically use a counterbore with interchageable pilots.

Thank you for clarifying that. Would you know the size I need? I have a set similar to those below but I will get whatever I need.

Not a clue - break out the measuring tools.

The spot face diameter is not a high precision value.

The pilot needs to fit snugly in the hole to minimize chatter

The injector reamers you are referring to are not generally intended to cut metal. They made to clean the carbon from the injector bore. This is more commonly done on DI injectors.
For your application I would just use a quality wire brush chucked into my cordless drill. Just don't get too carried away and make sure you don't shed pieces of wire into the precombustion chamber.

There are reamers intended to cut metal but they are typically used to finish an injector cup after installing in a cylinder head.

Yea don't mess with the head like that, you will do more harm than good.
Use some soapy water no bubbles and your good to go.
If you get bubbles pull the injector put a little motor oil on the washer and set the injector again.
That copper washer will make up for any issue with the sealing surface

Thanks everyone for your replies.

The old washers were removed.

I will clean up the seats, install the new washers and injectors.
