I purchased a L 225 2 years ago and the left front wheel hub broke, I purchased part no 34150-11310 and went to out it on and it's to small, that part is 52 mm and my old one is around 62 mm to 64 mm, at the inner seal, I didn't take the seal off to get a correct measurement, does anyone know what this could have been swapped with so I can get the right hub, it is a 4 lug hub and the original kubota wheel fits it

I don’t really know what went wrong but that appears to be the correct part for a 2WD L225 (and L175). I looked at Kubota USA and they list it as part #34150-11312 but that shows that it is replaced by 34150-11310 at Messicks

You might try to contact @007kubotaguy (Lance) at this salvage yard for some knowledgable assistance. Or he may be along to comment on this thread.

Thank you very much, I believe the front end may have been swapped with a b5200e, I'm getting in touch with someone now who has a part that I'm trying to get measurements on. Thank you for your time, of this lead doesn't work I will get ahold of 007kubotaguy, thank you for your response.

There is a HUGE difference in those 2 axles.

Why don't you post up a picture of your axle and your hub.

These are the hubs, the one on the left is the correct one for the L225 that i purchased and the one on the right is the one off the tractor and the other picture is the only one of the axle I have at the moment, I can get more today, thanks for looking at it, I have been looking for awhile on this.

That may be a hub from a L260P but the actual front axle looks different than the L260 illustrated parts list.

You can look through the different models (L175, L185, L200, L210, L225, L235, L245, L260, L2??, L3??) series tractors illustrated parts lists here
https://apps.kubotausa.com/illustrated-parts/ or at Messicks.

Since you are in Pa. I think there may be a Messicks close to you that you could visit to ask them.

I think the hub is from the L260 since it seems to be a 4 lug bolt hub. The axle appears to be two bars that clamp together instead of a box beam and bar sliding together as your pictures show.

I looked around at the illustrations and most of the LXXX series starting at L245 had 6 hole hubs but have the sliding axle. I didn’t write notes so may have confused some of the model numbers and what they have. I suggest you write notes on each model you look at to help narrow it down. Also note there are a lot of L models that are newer series (L2250 for example) so be careful in your search (I have thought I was looking at L225 but actually on the L2250 diagrams).

Newhall Service may be able to match the hub from some key information (bolt pattern, bearing size, …) if you call them.

Great, thank you, I did start taking notes because I found myself circling around and it gets confusing. I did look up some models and most have 6 lugs, I'm gonna keep looking, I appreciate your help and time.
