l3410 no movement, bucket works

Was given an older slightly abused tractor. Was working well, was loading a bush hog onto trailer with bucket and tractor wouldn't go move while lifting bush hog. Thought maybe low hydraulic fluid. Unload bush hog then drove to down to shed and parked it.

Tried to move later it wouldn't, replaced hydraulic fluid and filter still won't move.

Found this blocking hydraulic inlet pipe, removed still won't go. I don't know what this is...but tractor sounds fine.... any ideas?

The L3410 was available with three different transmissions

1. Standard gear drive (DT)
2. Gide shift (GST)
3. Hydrostatic. (HST)
