Arizona has posted speed limits.Please define slow. It one is doing the speed limit in the left lane, that is not how I define slow. I define slow as doing under the posted speed limit. If driving the speed limit, then they have as much right to be in the left lane as one who speeds, maybe more right because they are following the law.
Arizona also has a "prima facie" (on the face of it, or as conditions permit) speed limits.
Probably 95+ percent of all drivers exceed the posted speed limit all the time on freeways.
If 95 percent of drivers are going 75mph, and one driver is in the left lane going 60 or 65mph, he is not the safe driver, he is the hazard.
Just as when 95 percent of drivers are going 55mph and one driver is driving 75mph, the 75mph guy is the hazard.
Go with traffic flow, or move over and don't impede it.
