I am thinking of velcro-ing a small igloo cooler to my left fender, just to put my 45, a couple of beers, and a cell phone in.

My velcro plan seems kinda lame, so I figured I would check here to see what others have done.

Pics always help!

Cooler fanny pack for the beer, IWB holster and cell phone clip case. Holster and phone case can be clipped to the fanny pack waist band. When home for the day, it all comes off like an officer's belt.

They also make ankle beer holders if you need more throughout the day.

Just hit hardware store. Small plastic toolbox with a tray to hold phone and gun. Room for 4? cans beer and ice or ice pack. Will drill two holes in the bottom to let the melted ice drain out. We'll secure with just two stainless bolts through the fendor.

Sidearm on my hip, cooler in a bag with ice hanging off head rest and phone in case that hangs on hook off the side window.

I’ve added a rear cargo basket to mine. Bolted to the ROPS. Kept the small factory tool box and added a larger toolbox on one side of the basket.

I find the combination of a .45 and some beers somewhat incautious, but perhaps that's just my range training.

Cold beers condense moisture from the air; unless you have a stainless or polymer .45, this does your pistol no favors. Also, cell phones are often somewhat delicate and can also be moisture sensitive. I'd avoid storing these items together in a single container that's subject to shaking and sudden shifts.

There is a thread about mounting a ammo box on the ROPS. Just a plate from I saw. Can drill 2 holes on side of can, put rubber washers in between, to mount. I have those half wide ammo cans I plan on doing this to my 1880.

I have a 50 cal ammo can bolted to the left side of the ROPS. 5/16" holes are already factory drilled thru the ROPS, so all that's needed is drilling the can, and adding a couple washers as spacers between the ROPS and the can.

Mine is bolted on top of the left fender, where the handle used to be. Fell off transporting, so I drilled holes in bottom of can to fit existing holes.

Not to derail thread—that’s where I stick sidearm when at the farm, along with the channel lock, extra linch pins, and spare gloves. Just an ugly indestructible Glock, but bush hogging does make a lot of dust and it is dust proof.

Where I am extra beers would get sloshed around way too much on the tractor, only one that doesn’t is in the left hand 🍻

I keep my cell phone on a lanyard around my neck at all times when on the tractor. In case I do something dumb or something out of my control happens I want the very best chance of having access to my phone. Stays clean, usually between my base layer and what ever shirt etc.

Kinda ruins the concept of that ever so important and tasty post project beer though?

I have a small cell phone dry bag on a lanyard. I thought about using it, but I am constantly on and off the tractor picking up the rocks that I am digging up while boxblading. I would end up breaking the phone. BUT---when I am done digging rocks and just mowing, etc. I will definitely use the lanyard and dry bag.
