Hi Folks; Don't have my used B2650HSDC yet, should be end of the week. Got interested in the speaker upgrade done years ago in 2011, pix taken at Paul Short's place in Canada. Looks like about a dozen fasteners to take off the roof panel. Are these fasteners hidden in the headliner behind plugs ? That post said the headliner has to stay in place, as it houses the complex HVAC system. That was a very well done post with pictures installing a new Sony Bluetooth and speakers. I might as well upgrade the radio. After spending all these years on an open '86 Ford 1910, time to splurge.
I'll post pix when I complete the Quik Tach conversion on the front mount Ford Snowblower with 20 hp.Honda motor, I'm savin, for the Kubota. Bought the bare Q.D. steel plate from Titan to weld to the Ford snowblower frame.

I'm GUESSING Kubota has similar cab details. Mine has 10 or more exposed fasteners inside the cab around the perimeter. May have had caps in a previous life. To remove the plastic top, some remain and others are removed. The WSM identifies them and I'm sure there are diagrams on the internet that show them as well. The top on mine is very lightweight and very awkward for one person to handle. Don't try it by yourself on a windy day.

Same with my tractor, just remove the bolts and the roof easily comes off.
This is how it's done on my tractor:
Remove all four bolts in the front. There is a push pin in the center which does not need to be removed.
On the sides remove three bolts, front, middle and rear. Same for both sides.
On the rear remove all three bolts.
Be aware that the 4 front bolts are 60mm, all the others are 90mm.

Thanks to All !! Pic from a post I found from 2011. Shows the Female fasteners in the roof panel. Paul from Canada upgraded the radio and speakers, took those pix.. He's the fellow from Specialty Repairs, with nifty brackets a stuff.

Sorry, Incorrect last Pic. That was the HVAC side of things.
Here's the Roof underside.
