At $130 for 5 gallons why not use Kubota UDT2 at $141? Oh i see, you're saving money. I'll pay $11 for peace of mind.
The last pail of Super UDT2 was much higher than that last time I bought it but the claims that Triax reduced the Hydro whine over Super UDT2 was intriguing.

"Consumer protection divisions within the state governments of Missouri and Georgia conducted a significant amount of testing and came to the realization that the labels on 303 fluids are misleading and the fluids’ quality fails to meet OEM requirements. Both states agree that fluids need to meet the performance requirements of an OEM specification for it to be sold as a THF and that generic claims such as “for use in John Deere, Case IH, White Farm […] tractors” should no longer be made."

"The illegal 303 oil was actually used electrical transformer oil being illegally sold as 303 oil, ...."

From what I read it's basically random waste oil:

I wouldn't even run this in my saws, they're worth too much.

I'm hoping the picture above from one of the above articles is accurate, and if so it does look like used transformer oil to me, and if it is that's possibly a grave health risk due to PCB's in older transformers--which is why knowing what's in the oil is important; since we can't know I simply won't take the risks.

Legit companies provide real specifications. This snippet is from the technical darasheet for Mobil Delvac THF.
