Have a B2650 Tractor when I went out to start it it would not start. I put a power probe on the S terminal and it started right up but I cannot find a wiring schematic to find out what's in between, If somebody could help me I would surely appreciate it . Thanks

IF just putting a probe on a terminal caused it to start, I'd be investigating that terminal for looseness or corrosion. Same for the cable connected to it.

I'd do that before bothering with any schematics.

It's always best to get the schematics ! That way you can see WHY stuff works or doesn't. Modern tractors have somewhat complicated wiring and you could have TWO loose connections, one you see and the other somewhere else, that just magically worked THIS time.....The lever switches on a Zeroturn are a good example.

You probably have a safety switch either out of place or failed.

First place I'd look is the treadle pedal switch. Pedal must be in the neutral position for the starter to run.

Next- PTO lever must be in the disengaged position.

No, it's not ALWAYS best.

KISS.

See also, "fix known problems FIRST".

If you touch a connection and the problem goes away, fix that connection before you dig deeper.

If that solves the problem, then the problem is solved, and you're done.

If it doesn't solve the problem, THEN it's time to get out the schematics. And now you don't have a known bad connection confusing the picture for you.
