I try to use my local dealer, but I understand that sometimes it’s not practicable to do so.

A lot of people here like Messicks, but complain about shipping cost. (Not sure if thats a real thing or not……shipping has gone through the roof in general)

I have also used a place called German Bliss for a few things, with good results.

Generally the local Kubota dealer if you have one, otherwise Messick's as @Runs With Scissors said. Sometimes I use generic stainless steel parts (bolts, bushings, pins). Hydraulics is Valparaiso Hydraulic and Discount Hydraulic Hoses.

For hydraulic oil you want Kubota because they packed a lot of ability in a small space and had the oil engineered to handle various extremes. The same with filters in general, Kubota buys custom high-quality, rugged filters.

If you are simply looking for the best price, each purchase will require a lot of surfing the web.
If you are looking for the best value, just go to your local dealer. If you have any rapport built up there, Id think they would supply advice and technical support, which are rarely found when shopping price.
If your local dealer is a bit far away, ask them if theyd ship. I cant imagine any that wouldnt.

I use Messicks and Coleman’s for online. I’ve used Messicks longer so it’s easier for me to navigate through the parts diagrams.

My closest dealer is an hour away one way and really only buy from them if I’m in the area.

When I bought my M series I wanted to purchase the creeper gear set and install myself, I called the three nearest dealers for prices and had to provide two them with the correct part number I found online because they couldn’t find it at first. And the price difference was enough to order it from a dealer an hour and a half away. For some reason they couldn’t have it sent directly to me, as they had to order it separately. Would have saved me a trip.

One other point in ordering parts is the shipping fee as noted above. Most dealers will not charge shipping unless you have to get the part ASAP. Tell the dealer to put it on their normal weekly shipment truck and pick it up at the dealer = no shipping fee.

The only place to buy nearly all new parts for your Kubota is a Kubota dealer.

Same as other manufacturers.

My local dealer actually has good prices although it can take time to get some parts due to what they are stocking. When I looked Messicks has almost everything in stock. I've called my dealer for parts I needed that are heavy and ordered over the phone.

I have to buy fuel to get to my dealer and have to pay shipping from Messicks. It's a wash for small parts. For heavy parts, my dealer ends up cheaper especially if I'm already going to be near the dealer about 1 hour from here.

Bingo.

I've ordered nearly all new parts on stock orders for decades.

Most (all?) dealers process a stock order each week.

With a little experience you will learn when your dealer enters his weekly stock order so that you can order your non-emergency parts prior to such weekly order in order to receive most (not back-ordered) parts within a week or so while avoiding shipping charges.

Yes, you will need to request (demand at some dealers) that your parts be put on the next stock order as most parts guys will, otherwise, put just about everything on a regular order and you will pay shipping.

With your location either a semi local kubota dealer or Coleman equipment, closer to you so shipping will be cheaper.

I support my local K dealers because they stock parts and get me going usually the same day.

If you think K parts are expensive buy a New Holland or Deere and you will appreciate K more bigly.

I live 5 minutes from Messicks and get all the important parts (filters, OEM pieces, SUDT-2, etc) there. For odds and ends clips, bolts, LED lights, etc I do shop around.

I'd love to do that - but the nearest Kubota dealer is 130 miles away and caters mainly to the mining industry. Stocks hardly anything for my M7060 - tells me "we can order that". Well...I can "order that" myself right from my house and have it delivered right to the house!

I say nearly the exact same thing when someone says that to me too.

Clerk: “I can order that for you and have it here in 2 days."

Me: “No thanks,……... I can order it too, and have it on my doorstep tomorrow"

The “inter-web” has changed business/commerce/shopping forever.

EDIT: and generally I save 20%-40% too……...

For ordering online, I use Coleman's and Messick's ... In that order ... Messick's does tend to have a slightly better inventory on hand, but from where I live the shipping is more, I do like there parts diagrams better, and use that for part numbers, then check Coleman's to see if they have it! (Or the dealership I'm stopping at!)

My closest dealer is about 35 miles away, and not convenient for me, as a long distance truck driver, I quite often stop along my route, usually in Texas as they have large yards I can park in, that's where I've picked up my 5 gallon buckets of Super UDT ... Once I retire in a little over 2 years, I'll have time to drive to the local dealer

Coleman may not need the inventory as listed by others because they are located about 15 miles from the distribution center and get orders probably daily.

Thats like asking where the best place to get Harley parts, aint no such place,, Though Colemans and Messick's are not bad,, however if you do stuff on line check the shipping. You might find odds and end things on Amazon, but you may not get what you need.. Your local dealer, may be a PIA, odds are when its all said and done thats the place to go. And sad to say when you bought a tractor, no matter what color it is, aint nuttin cheap
