At work, there were a pair of twin sisters. They were engineers and worked in different areas. I would see them once in a while. I could never tell them apart and jokingly, every time I would see one of them I would ask her: Are you, you or are you your sister? It was even funnier when they were both together and they would join the nonsense. They were both fairly skinny and one worked with the orbiter structures.
One day a technician dropped a small open end wrench inside one of the orbiter forward fuselage vent doors 1 and 2 cavity.

That became a big issue since it could not be left in there and become FOD. Even Houston got involved. Non of the forward fuselage technicians could reach in and find the tool since the doors were so small. They tried all kinds of tools and non worked. X rays confirmed the location of the wrench and it had to be removed even if that required the removal of the whole vent door box assembly with a major schedule hit. After seeing the X rays, the twin that worked structures said let me try (no beer involved). She reached in with her skinny long arm and grabbed the wrench, pulled it out and saved the day.
