Mower deck won’t raise

My Kubota B2601 with RCK60 mower deck will not raise the mower deck. Front loader hydraulics are working, but the deck will not raise. The mower still engages and works. Any help?

Does the three point lift work? If so, the mower linkage is misadjusted or damaged.

It does not. My fear is this is a hydraulic issue. I did try to operate it and see the three point lift working but it is not.
