My B21 has one of the 6 hoses that go through the sleeve to the boom leaking. They are less than a year old, the hoses going into the sleeve are dirt, the hoses coming out of the sleeve are dry. I do not know which one is leaking inside the sleeve , abraision? Is the sleeve necessary? Does anyone make a sleeve with a zipper? I would hate to remove all 6. Please help!

Your post is all over the place.

How can we possibly know why a hose has failed without even seeing a picture of it.
It would be 100% guessing.
You'll have to pull it out and get a picture of it at the very least.

Yes abrasion sleeves are absolutely necessary.
But it sounds like something failed with your setup.

If you can't tell when you cycle the valve then not much of a way to tell, until you remove them.

Interestingly my old 1985 Woods 650 had no hose sleeves and never had to replace a hose after 35 years of use. Did have to weld up cracks in the dipper though. Will see if my bh77 lasts as well.
