I didn’t accuse/ allege that. You did.

Don’t know the history of the tractor, backhoe nor their use. Sounds like it can happen irrespective of history.

You must know something the rest of us don’t know?!?!

If so, please share ….:unsure:,
I don't KNOW anything,I'm saying bent, broke, rip, raveled and dragged out at the heels more often than not is caused by pushing past design limits. Now would you like to share what you think primary reason is for things getting bent ,bad luck? 🤔 🤔

I'm looking at it this morning and wondering if with the tires off, could you use a magnetic base drill on the frame mount and drill the pins. It might take a few setups and sizes but some of those newer bits really cut fast. Their name escapes me but my son works for a bridge construction company and they use them a lot. You would have to get the hoe blocked up in a neutral position so it wouldn't drop suddenly.

It came to me, annular cutters.

My penetrating oil covers all the bases in hope of earning endorsements from all camps.
I have a 1 gallon motor oil jug prominently labeled "Cylinder Soak" containing 10 oz diesel,10 oz transmission fluid (no preferance between Dexron and Mercon) and 10 oz Acetone. When a spray can of WD-40,PB Blaster,Kroil ect loses pressure before empty I punch a nail hole and pour contents into jug. Alongside gallon jug is 1 quart bottle with squirt spout.

As you may have guessed, the original intended use was to free or preserve long term stored engines but works for the type thing being discussed. Since I have a generous supply I occasionally lub bolts and pivot points of implements to prevent/minimize corrosion.

For all you shotgun sports fans, a similar concoction known as "Ed's red" is a very good shotgun cleaning agent. I am quiet sure it works on many things of such nature.

I'll stick with Hoppe's and 3-in-1 thank you. Back when we were blessed with a healthy population of Bob White, I hunted with an old man who ran diesel from storage tank down barrel and through action of his shotgun. I wouldn't allow the gun in cab of my truck and the odor certainly didn't add any pleasure while afield.

Jax, if you notice I said "similar concoction". In Ed's Red odorless kerosine is used instead of diesel.

Yep, I too miss the Bob White quail, very few left to hunt. So I now mainly go shoot those pesky clay pidgins. Not good for anything, they don't even make gravy. ;) :)
