If you have a loader put a filter on the tank return line.Has anyone installed an exterior after market hydraulic filter on a B7200? How did it work?
I would also like the how, where, and parts necessary.
Thanks in advanced

Yea I'd like to know to what purpose you need it for?Has anyone installed an exterior after market hydraulic filter on a B7200? How did it work?

Heres my opinion. The OEM tank screen is not much of a hydraulic filter. I have owned and serviced my B7200 for 30+ years and I am sure adding a 10u paper filter would greatly improve oil cleanliness.Yea I'd like to know to what purpose you need it for?

I just feel that a replaceable filter would help to clean the oil better than the screen and would make the need of cleaning the screen less oftenFirst question - why do you wish to do this? IT getting smacked around while up under?
Brain storm idea! engine oil has a filter why not the hydraulic oil!Heres my opinion. The OEM tank screen is not much of a hydraulic filter. I have owned and serviced my B7200 for 30+ years and I am sure adding a 10u paper filter would greatly improve oil cleanliness.

You can easily put a filter on the loader tank return circuit. It will only filter oil when the loader is being used but if you use the loader on a regular basis it should help considerably. They are cheap.yes I have a loader
