Hey guys a newbie here i got a question about a kubota b6100e
I just installed a new clutch ,pressure plate, throughout bearing and pilot bearing. Got it back together and the clutch will not release. The same problem as before but the throughout bearing was making a noise so I replaced everything. I need help tracking down the problem. I've adjusted it every which way even a Lil tight I can press the peddle till the clutch fork rod hits the inner bell housing .
Could the clutch fork be wore if so how can I tell and where could I find a replacement

Had a customer with same issue. Verified everything was correct and adjusted correctly. Ended up being a crack in the clutch fork couldn't see it in the tractor.

Other reasons that could be why is not working.
If the Flywheel has been turned.
Bad pressure plate
Disk bad (too thick)
Wrong parts
Flywheel or disk or pressure plate got or had any moisture on it when assembled.
I did one that once and dew settled on it overnight, put it together, set for a couple days then was stuck hard, had to disassemble and clean it up.
Clutch fork worn, broken, or installed backwards.

Pull it apart and take lots of pictures.
Then you can do some measurements too.
Has it ever worked properly for you?
I got it from a friend and it would not disengage and the throughout bearing was making a noise so i assumed the clutch was bad but it still looked new but I replaced everything with new parts just incase. And the noise is gone but still dose not disengage. It's as if the clutch isn't being pressed in enough but with full adjustment already the fork will bottom out

Pull it apart and check the flywheel, if it's been turned there is probably your issue.
The flywheel dimensions are super critical.

Right on we started look at the clutch fork and we caint tell if it's worn however when pulling one up from online it looks as if my fork may be a issue so we gonna split it again and double check everything.

Post a picture of them and some of us can tell you good or bad.

The more pictures you post of things the better answers you'll get.
