How to Add a Free Flow Return Line on a Kubota B2100

Thank you, that sounds like a plan! Do you maybe know what type/size fitting it is? The conveyor belt is for a shredder, the PTO will be running, but no other functions are necessary at that moment. I have a single acting output in the back that I was planning to use, It is an original...

How to Add a Free Flow Return Line on a Kubota B2100

I'm looking for some advice on adding a free flow return line to my Kubota B2100 tractor. I'm planning to use a hydraulic conveyor belt. I've attached a diagram of the hydraulic system. Are there any spare ports or external points I could use to add a return line? The filler port has no...

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

I got everything ordered and installed the valve! I had to make a bracket and shorten the handle, but I can now access it from the right cover like it apparently is on some models. Now hope it works!

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

The included diagram and also the diagram from the first post show how the piping goes to the oil cooler. These are all connected with hose clamps, so the return from the mower needs to be really low pressure then.

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

Thank you, i need to see if the rental company also agrees with this. I included a page from the WSM (I only have the mechanical chapter), it has a diagram showing the service port is last in line, so basically after the service port it returns straight to tank. I don't know if that changes...

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

I am starting to think my model does not have the valve. So what can I do to connect the mower? Just use the double acting valve? Or connect one aux port to a return line? But where and how can I ‘T’ into a return line?

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

Very exited I opened up the cover, but I see nothing there of a valve. I will include some pictures, I also marked the cover, is that what you meant? When I follow the aux lines they both connect on top of the control valve, so I actually really doubt I have a lever somewhere, or it would be...

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

It seems that I misunderstood a couple things, they said it needed a pressure line and a 'free return line', of which the last I thought they meant a case drain. But as you say there are only 2 connections, so I do not need a case drain. Then they said there should be a valve that would turn...

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

The flail mower I would like to rent has 2 connections, a pressure line and a low pressure tank return line (case drain? or is that something else?). But since it has 2 connections I expect a lot of oil going to the return line.

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

I actually replaced one final drive, and the manual states there is a case drain port. I see now indeed you say to not tee into a return line, so it would be okay to tee into a case drain line? Then my 2 options might still be possible. Because they are connected using a hose clamp I think...

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

It is :) you replied on another post I made some time ago. Both final drive case drain lines go into the swivel joint, on the top of the swivel joint I see a hose with a hose clamp, assuming this is a no pressure line. I also see a hose with a hose clamp on the valve block, a big line...

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

Included is the hydraulic diagram in case of anyone is able to read that and determine if there should be a valve to activate the case drain.

    Case Drain – KX41-2V

I'm looking to rent a hydraulic flail mower for my Kubota KX41-2V and I've run into a bit of a snag with the hydraulic setup. The mower I'm interested in requires a case drain, but I’m having trouble locating where this should be connected on my excavator. Here’s the situation: I’ve been told...

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

After realising that ruger1980 said the aux port is a combination of both pump 1 and 2, I concluded that it is possible the pump is bad. So I took the gamble and replaced the pump and that fixed it! :)

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

I took some time but I finally got to do the test. I switched the hoses between the left and right travel valve. The problem has also switched. This means the left lever is always the weakest, no matter if it is driving the right or left track. I must admit the other side is also not the...
