Thanks for all the responses. As long as I'm over weight and not under I'll be OK. I'm trying to size a trailer to haul my tractor and a both attachments. It would be nice to get owners manuals for the attachments eventually. Thanks Much for the help.

Anybody have spec's or a source for info. on the old 1200 FEL or L650 backhoe? Nothing on Kubota's site. In particular I need the weight of these attachments.

I have the setup you describe with the bar and the multiple holes. That bar doesn't stop the bh from being lifted though. The pins attaching the bh still act as pivot points. It lifts as easy as any 3pt attachment. I can take video but not sure how I'd post it. It lifts up easily out of the way...

You shouldn't have to wait for your 3pt to work. The manual does however say you should wait for the hydro oil to warm up before using any hydraulic attachments. If not warmed up you risk damaging the system. I just partly disassembled my L245DT 3pt control cylinder. I replaced the smaller of...

Hey guys thanks for the responses. I solved the problem by replacing a bad o-ring in the O/P cylinder aka 3 PT speed control. Once I put in a new o-ring it hoisted the backhoe like it is weightless.

Does anyone know if there is a weep hole in the well below the bottom pulley? It is the space created where the front axle bracket attaches to the engine block. It seems like a really bad spot for moisture and debris to lay in and rust. It's also not easily accessed. Anybody dealt with this spot?

Hi all, I'm about to replace the water pump on my L245DT. It is a brand new unpainted pump. I have a can of the correct Kubota engine paint bought from my Kubota dealer. Do I need to prime the metal first or can I go straight to engine blue? Thanks

Thanks Wolfman but that is a grip lever and I need an adjustment screw, but who doesn't. Adjustment screws (Kubota Screw, O/P Adj. 34150-37220) new are $50 to $60. I think they are close in price to gold per ounce. That's why I am looking for a salvaged one. Thanks

I snapped the seized knob on my rear hydraulic speed control. Is anyone parting out or have a source for parts for a L245/L245DT
