Thanks Dave, I have done a bunch of voltage testing (as per the workshop manual). Will verify the starter next. What has me suspicious of cabling or safety circuit is the cycling on the heater relay in ON position. I can't figure out how that symptom can relate to a bad starter... Appreciate...
