    BX 23S controls ....CAT!

My friend who suggested to change the pattern to CAT was an equipment operator for many years and claims that the CAT pattern is just a little more intuitive. Of course he recognizes that whatever you are used to is the way to go. Being new, I want to learn the easy or more efficient pattern...

    BX 23S controls ....CAT!

Thanks, I've had this TC for over 25 yrs, it is only 10 hp but does about 50 mph and surprisingly fun to ride. Unlicensed as I just go around the block when I need some two wheel "therapy".

    BX 23S controls ....CAT!

"CAT" I believe is usually prefered on larger excavators where as TLB (Tractor/loader/backhoe) controls are sometimes refered to "John Deere" control setup. My Kubota BX23s comes from the factory with "JD" setup. I understand that most larger equipment comes with a valve switch so you can...

I am not sure it was a good idea as I was getting used to the factory setup.....question, is there any disadvantage to the CAT setup? I mean once i get used...

    Tektite Cab problem

I am sure the cab is correct for this BX23s, I have the installation manual and it looks as though the cab is installed as per instructions. What I did was pull the control cover and remove the sticks (easy to do) and put both in a vise and removed the bend closest to the valve. REPLACED AND...

    Tektite Cab problem

I have a new to me BX23s with a Tektite cab and just started to check out the BH. I find the seat difficult to flip around to use the BH as it tends to hang up on one of the cab’s braces. The real issue I’m having is once flipped, the seat is too far away from the controls even when adjusted as...
