That is bad news. I would say very bad news. You should be getting just under 9 GPM. The silver lining is you now have a clear problem...

Remove and recouple that connector. Make sure it is completely seating. You may need to replace the coupling.

That's the loader "power beyond" hose. If its not fully connected you will get your symptoms. Dan

You can buy a premade hose assembly with straight JIC swivels from Surplus Center for $14 and a 90 degree JIC swivel adapter for $4...

Pressure is good but flow should be double that. Remeasure flow at max engine RPM.

Hoses are commodity parts. That hose has JIC female swivel ends. Take it to any hose shop and they cam make one. Dan
