Having a problem with the centre blade on a RC60-F19 mower deck. Deck is gear driven by a GF1800 . The centre blade started spinning freely. I changed the two washer cups and installed the new ones correctly ( there is a diagram right on the mower deck ) tightened with the proper torque ,but...
