Hi, The PTO/steering hydraulic line on my M9540 makes a noise as if there is cavitation. I have replaced the hydraulic pump, but the noise persists. Is there any in line filters or relief valves on this line that could be causing issues? There is a FEL connected.

Just to clarify, the loss of power was to the whole tractor, and occurred both when the PTO was on and when it was off. Radiator is clean and no debris in the radiator or engine bay. All fluid levels are okay. Would PTO clutch failure cause these symptoms?
