what type and wgt of oil

Manual says (Below 32°F use SAE#10 or #10W-30) (32°F to 77°F use SAE#20) (77°F and above use SAE#30) I use 10w-30 year round. You can also use a 15w-40 (Rotella or Delo 400.

    B1550 wont curl

What loader do you have? Sometimes the linkage on the joystick gets worn and will not allow the valve to open far enough to move hyd fluid to the cylinders. Some of the linkages can be adjusted, but others you have to replace the worn linkages.

    Land Pride BB1266

Those little clips are OK but unnecessary - this shank has front notches. So anything which will push the shank forward to hold it on its perch will do the job. I would cut some wooden wedges and drive them down in the back of the shank. You could cut some metal wedges, but wood is cheaper and...

    L245dt front loader search

90% of FEL loader companies can supply a loader for your tractor. It's just a matter of having the correct mounting brackets. However before you spend the money on a FEL for this older tractor, I would opt for a newer tractor with a FEL installed and a PTO. The work you will be able to do will...

M105X, Temp light on, but gauge reads ok

you could have a bad temp sensor. Sits on the back of the head on the right hand side when sitting on the tractor. one wire connection. check and make sure the connection is tight.

    L2950 Temp gauge reading

first thing to check is the radiator screen - slide it out and clean it. most Kubota's tend to run on the warm side. If an oil change is due switch to Rotella or Delo 400 15-40. Getting an IR thermometer will give you peace of mind but she's probably not running hot. The stock thermostat is...

    L3800 broken fuel filter body

Because this fuel filter is exposed and easily broken when bolted solidly to the tractor, I have found that if you attach it with electrical tie-wraps (snug but not tight) the filter can move a little when you hit something with it. If you use the small tie-wraps they will break before the...

    Cross Reference

Does anyone have a cross reference from Gray market to USA Kubota? I work in the parts dept of a Kubota dealer and really like to assist my customers on getting correct parts. With a cross reference I could look up the part numbers they require.
