Does anyone own a MK Martin Pulsar rotary cutter?

Thanks for the heads up. I was considering one for myself when the backhoe is off. The design of the stump jumper is definitely not great but the BIL said he only needs it for ditch grass and cattails around his slough. No bush clearing and his land isn't rocky. I have a flail mower he can use...

Does anyone own a MK Martin Pulsar rotary cutter?

My brother inlaw is looking for a 60" rotary cutter and the standard Pulsar is $1000 cheaper than the 12 series Landpride. Does anyone have experience with this exact model? Not looking for other cutters, I'm buying local and these are it. Also there is nothing in the used market around here...

    60" vs 72" Landscape rake for a B2601

I'm definitely not worried about being able to drag the 72". I dont have a long driveway so I'm debating whether I need the extra length for offsetting it. 60" vs 72" Landscape rake for a B2601

Here's another video showing the swing arm feature in action. I'm sure 60" will be fine but my brother inlaw with his L2501 would probably like me to get the 72". lol

    60" vs 72" Landscape rake for a B2601

I looked up the Homestead. Looks like a good one. Gauge wheels look a little small but they get the job done.

    60" vs 72" Landscape rake for a B2601

I went with an Everything Attachments Xtreme duty compact rake.

    60" vs 72" Landscape rake for a B2601

I placed an order for a 60" rake but now I'm second guessing myself. Do I really need the ability to have it offset? Most of it's use will be to rake up what the flail mower destroys. Clean up the ditch, small tree limbs that fall during high winds, that sort of stuff.
