    My top and tilt kit came from FiteRite hydraulics this afternoon. Both cylinders and the hoses were very well packaged. I'll get it put on sometime this week.

    Mowed my yard and brother in laws. Easy going Went to the neighbors since his mower is down and it was over a foot tall of moist clover. Made a mess but he was happy.

    Do you keep spare mower deck belts on hand or wait until one fails?

    I busted the belt on my second pass of the first use of my FDR2584 five years ago. The dealer replaced it and and some adjustments but I picked up a spare just in case. I still have the spare 5 years later.

    Put the L5460 and FDR2584 to work on the lawn. Finished and noticed the front right tire was low. Aired it up and didn't see anything obvious so I'll keep an eye on it.

    Put a solid 10 hours in of yard work. Had to clean both the rear finish mower and cub decks twice due to grass buildup. Greased the tractor and mower and then called it a day.

    Mowed 11 acres of grass and then cleaned off what seemed like 11 acres of grass off of the bottom of the FDR2584 šŸ˜†

    If it was a brush hog I would be out rain or shine. Since it's a finish mower wet grass builds up under the deck and what comes out is in clumps making for a messy looking yard. I did get it cut today but had to go over it twice with the deck adjusted higher than normal for the first pass.
