Thanks Butch, sounds like good sound advice to me. I will give it a shot (or 2). I understand the need to rod each of the fins out but am not sure of what size cooler to use. I will start out with a twelve as it sounds like tedious work.:D Now that I have a plan in place, here's to ya.

I have a G5200H and am having some overheating problems. I have replaced the radiator cap, thermostat, flushed the radiator 2 times, refilled with 50/50 mixture of antifreeze/coolant and blown out the radiator fins and screen. It does not overheat quickly. I can mow for up to an hour or more...
