RThe 5 HP rule is just an approximation. It depends on how fast, how low, and how often you want to mow. Fwiw, I have a 72 that I use...

RThe L3560 is hands down a much better tractor than the L3902! There is only 3 PTO HP difference, you'll never notice the difference.
