Ok put the original block back on the tractor started it up reved to 2800 and depressed the lift pilot valve - nothing. I tapped on the hydraulic filter and it still sounds full so I am "assuming" there is now fluid going to filter. Thoughts? open salvage DCV and see what she looks like?

I will test after work. I suspect there will be no flow as air almost exclusively flows to port 2 with very little exiting 3

I flipped the shuttle to match the WSM and checked it with compressed air. Now when blowing into office #1 (P) all the air is escaping office #2. This is different than we saw on the salvage DCV that had all of the air escaping port 3(T1).

I will swap around and report findings

Part 3 in the WSM on the high pressure shuttle valve is definitely installed opposite of the WSM currently. Maybe this is the ticket. I just reinstalled how I took apart and that it matched the parts diagram. I knew it didn't match WSM but didn't know which version to trust

Serial number 10024. I can disassemble tomorrow and test. Maybe bench test with compressed air first to see if it stops the variable air passage and back from through hole 2 before install?

Dan thanks for the clarification. seems since we don't exactly know what is wrong in each DCV cobbling the 2 into one unit doesn't make much sense. I disassembled the original valve to tractor again and went through it cleaned it and re assembled and it is still leaking between 1 (P)and 3 (T1)...
