questioned that too , as I stated no leaks , circulation thru radiator looks good after purging and running with cap off, where is coolant going and why doesn't it pull from reservoir ?

no I haven't ,mentioned it the last time I left it at dealer, may be time to find a new dealer,

doesn't pull coolant back from reservoir either

beginning to think internal letting coolant go out exhaust

radiator clean, fans working, reservoir at full level, no leaks park on concrete, remove thermostat housing no coolant in top of block and water pump , fill with coolant purge system runs fine two-three months and repeats problem, no oil in coolant and no coolant in oil

1140 diesel overheats every 2-3 months , coolant levels full in radiator and reservoir ,appears to be getting air lock in block, have taken to dealer 4 times they can find no leaks or problems ,purge air from coolant system and return, does it with or without thermostat installed, advise and...
