2007 m9540, steering problem. It will turn left , but you can continue to turn steering wheel and then you can turn back to straight. It will not turn right. There are no obvious crimps in the hoses to the steering cylinder and it does not leak. Are there any screens/filters in the hoses or...

My 9540 started "slugging" losing power then slowly regaining full RPMs. I replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the water separator and drained a very small amount of water from the fuel tank. It ran perfect for about two hours then started slugging again. Any suggestion?
