When I was looking for my tractor, only one dealer was honest about the cold start issue, so that is the dealer I bought from.

I bought a L2502 first back in January, the dealer tried doing the timing adjustment, but the tractor never ran right, they took it back and I waited a few months to get a machine that had the newer version motor.

Are your tires loaded ? Your owners manual list the weight of the tractor, and the loader manual has the loader weight.

The 2921 does not include the loader,the loader adds roughly a 1000 pounds. Tire style can also change the weight.

A La535 does not fit a l2501, you want a La525 or La526

I have not found a way to be able to spin the pto shaft on my L2502, the L3902 uses the same pto system as the L2502.

The pins self align when you tilt the loader back onto the brackets.

I have I have just removed the loader when doing service, only takes a few minutes, and better access to everything.

Mine can make the noise without mowing, just stopped, but I can be mowing and it makes no noise, Mine only has 7 hours on it so maybe just needs to break in.

My new L2502 PTO makes a strange noise at times, it makes no noise without a load on it but when using the finish mower it will make a whirling, rubbing sound. Works fine and does not slip, Just wondering if anyone with a L02 series tractor has noticed it. Thanks
