Ordering a new BX23s - What advice can you give me, please?

Greetings all, New member, new 2380 with LP Grapple....3 hrs in, the jaws stopped opening/closing, everything else fine. looked and saw 4 wires sticking out below the joystick button....they must have been jerked out, tho not real sure how it happened. I can see where 2 of the wire go in a...- orange grunt
