This reminds me of, ummm, ME! ME and the missus more often than not fall asleep with the TV on. Probably has a little to do with being at least 30 years older than this couple.

The Definition of Stress Stress: When the mind overrides the body's basic desire to choke the everlovin' sh** out of someone who desperately deserves it.

Those little pumps from HF are the bees knees. A couple new D-cells each year empties a 5 gallon can in less than 10 minutes. I set the can on the loader boom and stick the pump in and Bob’s yer uncle. I wait until I know 5 gallons will fit and just empty the can.

We had a saying at work: “Every day, do just a little more than is expected of you and soon, more will be expected of you. No good deed goes unpunished. Keep doing more and more with less and less and one day you can do everything with nothing. “ If the person you’re helping has no more...

At my age, I Now I know what to do for the pollen down here next spring. All kidding aside, that should work very nicely. Turning the rake on an angle should pitch the snow out the side, too. Just gotta do it all going backward if there's much snow at all. Then again, what I know about snow...

If you're interested in a fix that will NEVER let that happen again, do the following: Loosen the screws and get the sprocket aligned, and then tighten the set screws to mark the shaft enough to see the marks with the sprocket removed. Center punch the screw marks, and drill the shaft just...

You know my pain, then, LOL. I kinda gave up and just adapt as I go with new attachments. My last purchase was an IronCraft (formerly Titan Attachments) offset flail mower. A QH is useless with that because the pin pockets are too close to the housing for the hooks to go in. But I got a good...

The story was going good for me until I got to the part about contact with the first phase. It would be pretty rare for 12470V to be fed with anything but armored cable, especially if it's where it can be accessed with a sawzall. The steel spiral jacket is grounded. The conductors inside have...

Yeah, the Pat's Hitches offer the flexibility of leaving the top link out of the way until the driveshaft is connected. Not an option with the QH. I'm pretty tall (6'1") and have arms like an orangutan, but they're still not long enough to reach that PTO shaft. I have the fat tires on the LX...

My guess is one bolts on the bucket through a hole and the other just clamps on the edge. At least that's what it looks like to me.

I have a quick hitch, and I will say without reservation, I feel like it was a mistake. Not so much because I bought a cheap one, but more so because of how difficult it makes connecting a driveshaft on anything that requires one and the complete lack of compliance to standards to make "QH...

I was admiring the double-bit axe on the table. I got one when I was 14 years old. I broke the handle in my stepdad's axe (splitting red oak), so he made me go learn how to make axe handles, make two, and replace his handle and fit an old 4 pounder that was broken by a previous misuser. The...
