I checked the pressure coming out of the top of the transmission deadheading the pto. It reads 700 lbs. Manual says it should read 2000. Is there any way to increase pressure without buying a new pump? Thanks again

I NEED HELP!!!! HELP!! I have a l245 tractor with loader-- the bucket won't lift like it used to and when it does, it goes back down. I checked and cleaned the filter--didn't help. Do I need a new control valve or can I re-build the old one? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ins advance.
