Thank you. I found the 5 amp fuse blown for the PTO circuitry. Replaced fuse and the error cleared and the tractor started. I drove it...

Have you looked for mice and or rats chewing the wiring up? Sometimes them little sumbeaches can play havoc on the wiring.

look at the seat switch wiring too. Wiggle the wires around and look/feel for breaks, chafing, etc.
