I' I've located 2 relief valves. One next to the hydraulic suction filter and one on the side of the transmission. Both seem to be ok and no foreign objects in the valves. Still looking for the third relief valve.

From my research this is the likely problem with my tractor. I just need to find these relief valves and inspect them. Thank you for posting this.

Filter is HHK70-14073. Where does the oil go after passing thru this filter? Does it go into the tank. Any thoughts on why there is no flow thru this filter?

I always double check everything I buy to make sure I get the right part. In this case it was indeed the right filter. Something is not allowing the the oil to continue on after the filter. Thus it expands and blows out the seal.

Filter came from Kubota dealer.

No the filter starts to balloon from the pressure, then pushes the gasket out.
