Anyone have experience with: Hercules Strong Guard S-L2 https://www.herculestirescommercial.com/tire-details/Hercules/Strong-Guard-S-L2 was told this would be a better option then the Titan as it's it's supposedly made with a different rubber or whatever to help against cuts from rock.

Did the foam add a lot of weight to the tire? i've worked with closed cell insulation foam, it's dense and hard but not heavy at all. Thanks, i'll give Crawford a call today to see what they have.

How is the tread depth on the rears? Would I be able to get away with just getting a new set for the fronts?

That would not work in this situation. The ditch is 18" wide and about 12"deep. The high side is at about a 45 degrees slope, at it's steepest.

Thanks all for the feedback! Here is an update.... So with the winter storm coming here on Saturday, I decided yesterday to go ahead and pull the tractor into the garage and test the turbo and so on over the weekend. Well, it's been sitting outside since I originally posted this a couple weeks...

$600 for an ihi turbo from here is more like it Turbo I'll have to get the tractor in the garage in the next couple of weeks a take it out to see what's going on. If it is the turbo, I would assume the $600 replacement would be about what it costs to have it rebuilt?

Wow, $3450 for a turbo from the Kubota dealer. Yes I'll pull it first and check if I can see anything. You are correct, I did not know this has a turbo, however, just as a general rule after hitting it hard we did always let it idle for a bit before turning it off to relax

How do you know if the turbo has gone bad? I would assume there would be a massive loss of power. How would that account for the smell? Or is it possible a critter found it's way into the exhaust and worked his way up?
