Agreed! If it were as miraculous as the dealers say it is, it would be the Eighth Wonder of the World. At BEST, it might be a high quality, competitive, synthetic oil. I have no idea if that's true or not, but even if it is, that still means, it's nowhere near as good as they typically say...

These two sentences seem to contradict each other. Can you clear up the confusion?

Corrosion causes confusion. It can make a circuit look open, OR closed, depending on what you are doing. A continuity test with a meter can show a good circuit when there is corrosion present, but once you put a load on it, it can act like an open. Good job finding it! (y)
