Yes. I have 12 volts on yellow with black stripe and black at controller

I can jump out compressor relay and it come on and gets cold also.

Ive done that. I have a schematic on the electrical for the ac. its not low on freon ive checked dual pressure switches. its not sending control ground to amplifier from controler. Even tried new controller
