I am under the impression that it has not been modified. It is at 160 hours and the owner did not mention any modifications - said he hadn't noticed it was like that. Not really a mechanical type - just a homeowner who used a tractor around his house and no longer needs it.

I just looked at a BX to potentially purchase. It seems to be in great shape but I did notice one thing - When the mid-mount deck is lifted all the way up it hits the rear tire (driver side). I'm wondering if this is common, if there is an adjustment that could be off, or the mower hit...
