Live in southern NH on 9 acre forested lot. Burn wood from the property during the winter and use the tractor in upstate NY cottage on the St Lawrence River. Move boats, wood splitter and snowmobiles around properties w the 3-point. Plan use the tractor for landscaping and road maintenance.
