    F2680 supernatural phenomenon

I may still make a video just to screw with some minds, As far as always wiping and re-inserting goes, you don't have to wipe an already dry dipstick. On the motors if they've been sitting for a few days, the level reads correct as soon as you pull it out. The oil has had time to settle I...

Thank you, I can sleep better now, and cancel my order for Holy Water. I figured there had to be an explanation

    F2680 supernatural phenomenon

I meant to mention that. I always check it cold, I mow about once a week with it and it's part of my pre-mow checklist. So it's sat all week waiting for me to check it again At this point, I just check it to see if I'm going crazy or is this really happening 🤣

    F2680 supernatural phenomenon

It sounds ridiculous, preposterous, impossible, user error, etc, But I swear it comes out dry, re-check, full My vision is good, and I can clearly see the fluid the second dip. A rag never touches the dipstick I'll make a video...

    F2680 supernatural phenomenon

If something has been sitting overnight, or a couple days, usually the 1st pull is accurate. If you're new to the machine and want to be extra sure, wipe it and check again I check oil on many different motors and if they've been sitting, the oil will show its level the first time What I...

Sure doesn't seem normal, but as far as the mower itself, it works fine

    F2680 supernatural phenomenon

Yeah, I was thinking of what you mentioned last night when I was telling this ghost story. I'll barely crack it and push it back to see if that makes it read full on the first pull I've been pretty amazed by this 8th wonder of the world. It's like the statues that cry tears or something. And...

    F2680 supernatural phenomenon

It would have to be some sort of vacuum/pressure keeping the fluid out of the tube. But I never hear any kind of sound when I pull the dipstick, and it doesn't really seem air tight anyway. Doesn't seem that tight of a fit The crankcase vents, doesn't it? I've let it sit for months and it does...

    F2680 supernatural phenomenon

I hope this is some proprietary Kubota technology that I'm not aware of. I mean, I like the self wiping dipstick, but what the actual **** is going on? If I don't get a good answer I'll make a video next time I use it

    F2680 supernatural phenomenon

Somebody please explain this to me. Ever since I've had this mower, when I check the hydro fluid, the dipstick comes out bone dry when I pull it out. Not a trace of fluid. Put it right back in (exactly the same as it was) and pull it out, and it shows full. Every time. Can someone explain...

I tried to make a move on it yesterday, but was a day late and a dollar short. Actually only a couple hours late, but it's gone now. I really didn't need it anyway, somebody probably got a steal for $1k or less

Thats a great point. I would like and could really use something with a loader. I did have a JD 5055e for about a year a few years ago, but didn't really have a use for a tractor that big and let it go. A smaller one with a loader would be nice to have around. My primary gig around the farm...

Good point. Not sure why I want it exactly. It would be a good backup for my big mower and could use it in tighter spots. May be more of an impulse than anything. I just figured with it being pretty inexpensive, might be worth having around. My luck I'd get it and have to start dumping money...

Hello everybody, I've got a line on one of these mowers. I'm not sure, but I think they were produced between '98 and '03. So yes, it's OLD, but it has caught my attention for some reason. I acquired a 2011 kubota F2680 about a year ago and have grown to love that machine. Have become a big fan...
