i have the same kind of issue on my machine... i took the bucket off a while ago (did a little bit of electric-stick-metal-gluing to it) and it seems that its mostly the bucket that is worn out, the boom bushing itself seemed to be still in some circular shape.. maybe yours have the same.

i had some old 90s rubber tracks on at first, then i got new ones and the thing became way smoother and easier to drive.. no more lagging or grinding. ..i can only imagine how it is with steel tracks :D

probably not much, all this stuff was at the bottom of the tank and oil was clear as water.. only indication was that when i opened the plug there was some schmoo coming out at first... i did a small preparing examination of the machine, opened the hatch behind the seat, and i found the third...

oh, and the tank bottom looked like this.. 🙈 that black stuff is iron, so thats my thinking that maybe pumps are gone....

i went and checked the machine and there is hydraulic lines going where that pump is on the drawing, so there is something.. :D quess these are the ones, single pump is between the seat and engine.. need to take the access hole open to see whats in there, but on ebay i found these never...
