Parts guy at dealer said that 2000 hours is not unusual for new clutch, I know what your saying depends how it's use.

I have 2000 hours on my Kubota L-3400 use mostly for running a finish mower and a brush cutter a couple of times a year. The PTO would not engage and Kubota said I need new clutch and recommended replacing everything while in there, How many hours are average manuals getting on the factory clutch.
