M4900 with a bushhogg loader I blew a cylinder hose close to my directional valve (joy stick) the three point stopped working immediately and buck started not working right wouldn't curl up or down .I replaced the broken hose and add fluid and have the same problem no 3point or curle

Good evening I have a m4900 and the three point stopped working completely. I have read alot of your trouble shooting ideas. My question is if that cylinder is stuck what is the repair or does it have to be replaced.
